Class & party assistants are tasked with supporting successful, customer-driven, and profitable private events and classes; communicating effectively with co-workers and guests; participating in the maintenance of a clean & organized space; and promoting the company’s Mission, Vision and Values as set forth by the Founder. 

DUTIES

• Assist instructors & party hosts in the successful execution of private events & classes
• Serve as staff on-site during collaborative events, including but not limited to managing building access & ensuring a clean & welcoming space 
• Maintain a clean, organized and functional workspace, including clean-up and dishwashing following events. 
• Execute tasks efficiently & in accordance with the company’s quality standards
• Provide excellent, energetic customer service to a diverse audience
• Communicate consistently & effectively with management, co-workers, and external instructors

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year(s) customer service experience
• Evening & weekend availability
• Experience working with kids preferred
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen preferred
• Physically able to stand long periods of time & lift 50 lbs
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently
