Position Overview
Do you enjoy being the welcoming face of a school while keeping daily operations running smoothly?
We're seeking a highly organized Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors. You'll help create a welcoming experience while supporting front office operations, campus communications, attendance, enrollment, purchasing, and other administrative functions that keep the school running smoothly.

Our client is a longstanding K8 public charter school with deep roots in Houston and a legacy of serving students, families, and the surrounding community. As a smaller organization, every team member plays an important role in supporting student success through collaboration, continuous improvement, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience; school experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting attendance, enrollment, student records, purchasing, or bookkeeping.
Familiarity with Raptor, PikMyKid, or similar systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Data analysis experience is a plus.
