What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to ER patients within your scope of practice
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments
• Document patient information accurately in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate effective care
• Assist in emergency procedures and respond swiftly to patient needs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state nursing standards

What You Need:

• Oregon RN licensure
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of ER or acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
