Job Duties – Primary responsibilities for Warehouse Quality Control Clerk jobs include:

• Assisting the shift quality team by creating, reviewing, and releasing production batch records.
• Conducting standardized qualitative testing to verify product compliance with manufacturing specifications.
• Identifying and isolating defective or non-compliant inventory to ensure it does not ship.
• Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS and SAP) to direct product control and tracking.
• Supporting specialized quality workflows, including deviations, CAPA logs, and mock recalls.
• Communicating quality auditing data clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications – Candidates should meet the requirements below for consideration for these positions:

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control (FDA-regulated industries preferred).
• Comfortable reading, completing, and auditing highly detailed regulatory documentation.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP standards and workplace safety protocols.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and move confidently throughout the warehouse floor.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written technical instructions accurately.
