Arterial Regional Sales Manager - Tampa/Orlando/Miami - Peripheral Vascular

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Account Managers while managing regional revenue and growth targets
- Develop business plans to expand market share and deepen customer relationships
- Recruit, onboard, and coach sales talent to address performance gaps
- Monitor sales pipeline, case coverage, and productivity metrics
- Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years medical device sales experience
- 3+ years medical device sales leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills
- Business acumen with financial and commercial understanding
- Solid MS Office proficiency for reports and presentations
- Knowledge of peripheral vascular products and competitive landscape
Compensation: $175,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses eligible
