PMO Project Coordinator

Managing project management office activities, the full-time PMO Project Coordinator will oversee process documentation, template management, time tracking, and project reporting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Maintain PMO documentation, templates, and processes primarily in SharePoint Generate PMO reports for stakeholders and review project deliverables for compliance Manage client expectations and support monthly project billing by verifying time tracking hours Required qualifications Two years of experience in a project management environment, preferably with formal methodologies Experience with project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence Strong Excel skills, including detailed data analysis and pivot tables Ability to manage smaller, low-risk projects and mentor less experienced personnel Effective communication skills for working with remote teams
