This broad clinical footprint exposes residents to a diverse patient population and equips them to practice confidently in both urban and rural settings. Position Highlights Lead and oversee all aspects of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program Practice and administrative leadership based in Bridgeport, Connecticut Dedicated administrative time to support educational leadership and program development Guide resident education across inpatient, outpatient, community, and rural clinical settings Recruit, mentor, and support residents and faculty Collaborate closely with Hartford HealthCare, St. Vincent's Medical Center, Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, and Quinnipiac University leadership Drive curriculum innovation, quality improvement initiatives, and scholarly activity Support accreditation readiness and continuous program excellence Join a physician-led organization committed to innovation, education, and professional growth Academic Partnership with a Nationally Recognized Medical School The residency program proudly partners with the Frank H.
