Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. As a BCBA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide training to parents and staff, and maintain records and documentation. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Conduct assessments Provide training to parents and staff Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA Maintain records and documentation Attend professional development activities Supervise RBTs The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles. Qualifications Master's degree in ABA or related field BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA Strong understanding of ABA principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work flexible hours Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Total Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 base salary tiered and based on experience and competency.
