Job Description

The Customer Field Service Support role coordinates customer support and field service activities for industrial maintenance services within a centralized dispatch model. Reporting to the Manager, this position supports scheduled preventive maintenance, reactive troubleshooting, installation and commissioning, and mixed service assignments without requiring travel. The role also handles accounting-related information for accurate billing and purchasing.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support for industrial equipment and maintenance services.
Coordinate field service activities through a centralized dispatch model.
Troubleshoot service issues and escalate technical matters as needed.
Manage work orders throughout the service workflow.
Prepare and maintain documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding service activities and resolutions.
Handle accounting-related information for proper billing and purchasing.
Support preventive maintenance, reactive troubleshooting, installation and commissioning, and mixed service assignments.

Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

Two to three years of recent field service support experience.
Associate degree or higher.
Experience with work order management and technical troubleshooting.
Customer relationship management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
