Job Skills / Requirements As a Concierge Security Officer there is a high focus in offering Premier Customer Service to residents and guest. Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Officer: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Problem-Solving: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to throughout their stay. Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an elite, high-touch hospitality environment (e.g., 5-star luxury hotels, ultra-luxury residential properties, premium private clubs, or high-end aviation/yachting). High school diploma Must pass comprehensive criminal background check, and drug screening.
