Insides Sales Assistant

Inside Sales Assistant Location: Fairfield, NJ (Seppic – Air Liquide Healthcare). Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus. Early access to benefits from day one. Responsibilities Support and coordinate price agreements in the ERP system to maintain an updated pricing database. Act as a vital liaison among Sales Team, CSR, and Supply Team regarding stock levels, lead times, and other key requests. Maintain and update the contact database in CRM and manage sample requests from ULProspector/Seppic website. Coordinate customer complaints treatment through the Qualnet Quality Platform. Assist Sales during customer visits, advocating products at R&D, Procurement, and Marketing levels, collaborating with marketing and application teams. Grow and nurture accounts to contribute to sales revenue development. Required Qualifications Sales‑mindset and/or relevant technical experience. Proficiency in fostering multi‑level customer relationships. Excellent communication skills focused on team collaboration across multiple interfaces. Proactive, organized, flexible, and dynamic approach. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Osmosis AX). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or related field.
