Duties

• Manage inbound sales inquiries, prepare and track quotes, and follow up to move opportunities toward closed orders
• Process orders efficiently using order management tools while maintaining accurate records of client transactions
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts post-sale, ensuring their packaging programs run smoothly through fulfillment
• Utilize Zoho CRM to manage the full pipeline — quotes, orders, and account records — and to surface insights that inform sales strategy
• Coordinate and collaborate with team members and external vendors to confirm lead times, resolve order issues, and keep clients informed
• Assist clients with specification reviews, pricing clarifications, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth product transitions (e.g., moving from plastic to aluminum or PCR packaging)
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular check-ins
• Identify and act on opportunities for upselling, reorders, and expanded product lines within existing accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or account management, ideally within packaging, manufacturing, or CPG
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes, orders, and client accounts simultaneously
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on client relationship management and internal collaboration
• Comfort owning a process from quote to fulfillment, including order accuracy and follow-through
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and leverage insights to support sales and customer success initiatives
• Knowledge of sales processes and cross-functional collaboration practices is highly desirable
