Medical Coder Educator: Data-Driven Training

Humana

Humana is seeking a Medical Coder / Coding Educator 2 to identify opportunities to improve provider documentation and create tailored education plans for assigned providers. You will report to the Manager, Medicare Risk Adjustment, and lead on-site sessions to elevate coding quality and documentation practices. You will analyze data, prepare comprehensive reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven educational interventions across multiple markets. #J-18808-Ljbffr Humana
