The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors at Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a vital member of our front-line staff, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our facility by providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and inquiries, and coordinating administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Greet patients, families, and visitors, answering questions and resolving concerns in a friendly and professional manner Manage switchboard duties, answering and directing phone calls, and taking messages as needed Coordinate and schedule appointments, tests, and procedures with patients and healthcare providers Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, including patient demographic information and medical histories Provide administrative support to other departments, as needed, such as processing paperwork and preparing documents Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software and applications Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
