JOB SUMMARY

The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for ultrasound examinations utilizing diagnostic ultrasound equipment; provides direct patient care to patients of all ages, including transportation for services; contributes to the efficient operation of the department, ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care; participates in the orientation and training of new employees; and covers shifts and call as needed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Satisfactory completion of training in ultrasound
• Echocardiogram experience required
• RDMS certification preferred
• Current BLS certification or obtain within three months of hire
• Experience of varied technical skills specifically in ultrasound preferred

Wages are based on prior related experience.

We are proud to boast a 2-acre on-site farm that provides our cafeteria with produce for serving patients and staff.
