Sonographer / Ultrasound Imaging Specialist We are seeking an empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Imaging Specialist to be a vital part of our expanding team of imaging professionals dedicated to providing top-tier patient care. Use cutting‑edge ultrasound technology to conduct diagnostic assessments, work closely with a supportive team, and provide vital support to patients. Responsibilities Execute a variety of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, and small parts imaging. Prioritize patient comfort and safety, providing clear, compassionate explanations at every step. Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the highest quality diagnostic images. Handle and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting malfunctions. Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records within the electronic medical system. Stay current with developments in ultrasound imaging techniques and industry best practices. Education and Certification Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline. Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred. Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred. Key Skills Technical proficiency in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a patient‑focused approach.
