What You'll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill patients in trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, and medical units
- Monitor patients requiring Q1H or more frequent assessments and interventions
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient status and responses accurately and thoroughly
- Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and stabilize patients as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and clinical standards
What You Need
Required:
- Current MA RN license on file
- BLS and ACLS certification
- At least 2 years of CCU/ICU experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience in trauma, neuro, or cardiac units
