Achieve is looking for Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float —a dynamic, flexible team member who is excited to jump in wherever support is needed. This role has consistent weekly hours , but not a fixed assignment each day . You’ll work across our programs, supporting individuals with disabilities in meaningful, community-centered ways. What You’ll Do (A Little Bit of Everything!) As a DSP Float, you’ll be our go-to person for filling in and keeping things running smoothly.
