Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Automate business processes using ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency
- Develop scoped applications to support Aeronautics Sustainment initiatives
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Build and manage forms, tables, and data models within ServiceNow
- Utilize Flow Designer to create and enhance automated workflows
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using data sources, import sets, and APIs
- Develop and maintain integrations with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide demos, and incorporate feedback
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
