Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Job Summary ServiceNow Developer – Full-Time Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Work Model: Hybrid Experience: 3–7+ year We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a full-time hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and solutions that support business and IT service management processes. The candidate should have strong hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, integrations, workflows, and ITSM modules. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Work on ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Notifications, and ACLs. Create and manage workflows, Flow Designer flows, approvals, and automation. Develop custom applications and scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform. Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Perform data imports, transformations, and integrations using Import Sets and Transform Maps. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support. Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment. Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and other developers. Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge‑transfer activities. Required Skills 3–7+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes. Strong JavaScript programming skills. Experience with: Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Script Includes ACLs Scheduled Jobs Notifications Catalog Items Record Producers Workflows / Flow Designer Experience with REST and SOAP integrations. Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, tables, forms, lists, and configurations. Experience with update sets and ServiceNow deployment processes. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Experience with Service Portal, Employee Center, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM. Experience with IntegrationHub and REST APIs.
