Working here will make you feel like you’re part of a family that works together to make a difference and help nourish millions of families around the world.**\*\*\* This position may include some off-shift requirements \*\*\*****What You’ll Work On*** Participate as generalist during External audits.* Lead and/or participate in Internal Audit Program.* Drive Food Safety Culture Initiatives.* PNC/NC Investigations and Actions.* Tracking and Trending Compliance metrics for site, focus on areas of opportunity.* Train and Provide support for internal auditors and quarterly audits.* Lead or co-lead workstreams during external audits.* Provide plan and support in establishing Food safety culture at site.* Back up Compliance Manager as appropriate.* Ensure Plant is in audit ready state and take actions for improvement and plant engagement.* Train and support the Compliance Specialist Position.
