Production Manager

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Employment Type: Direct Hire Position Overview We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Production Manager who is ready to take ownership of a growing manufacturing operation. This is a long‑term opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, developing employees, and being a key part of the company’s future. The right person will have proven manufacturing leadership experience and be comfortable working directly on the production floor. This is not a position for someone who only wants to manage from a desk — we need a leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves, jump in when needed, and help the team succeed. Priorities can shift throughout the day, and we are looking for someone who can stay calm, focused, and organized while keeping production running smoothly. Responsibilities Take ownership of daily production operations including soap processing, artistry, bottling, boxing, and warehouse functions Lead and support production employees while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards Train, coach, and mentor current and future employees Help improve processes, organization, and production workflows Identify challenges and provide practical solutions to improve operations Work hands‑on with the team when needed to keep production moving Monitor production goals, inventory needs, quality standards, and daily priorities Learn the complete soap manufacturing process from start to finish Become a trusted leader who helps guide the company’s continued growth What We’re Looking For Manufacturing leadership experience is required Someone who has successfully led teams in a production environment A hands‑on leader who is comfortable getting involved and working alongside employees Someone who can balance being approachable with holding teams accountable Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A problem solver who looks for solutions instead of excuses Someone who takes initiative and wants to build something long‑term Ability to adapt in a busy environment while staying focused and consistent Forklift experience is a plus but not required $80,000 annual salary Direct hire opportunity with long‑term growth potential Paid holidays PTO Health insurance benefits Employers Overload is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to building a diverse workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
