Senior Marketing Specialist

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Senior Marketing Specialist will manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, oversee customer-facing collateral, and coordinate project workflows, with the option to work remotely or from Menlo Park or Union City, CA. Key responsibilities: Support lifecycle and integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising Manage the day-to-day execution of customer-facing marketing collateral, ensuring materials are current and accessible Oversee the execution of social media strategies, developing engaging content and monitoring performance metrics Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail Experience executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and digital advertising Familiarity with marketing technology and project management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Asana
