$98,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Leverage our robust leads system to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, driving growth for both you and the company.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support every step of the way.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that showcase properties effectively.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to offer clients the most current insights.
• Negotiate contracts with confidence and integrity, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
• Participate in community events and initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to giving back and building local connections.

• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
