Production Coordinator
This role primarily supports the Manufacturing Manager by assisting in managing shipping and job material issues. The individual will also be responsible for generating all shippers and invoices for all BES orders, providing essential support to the manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Print and review Stock Order Shipment reports and coordinate material shipment.
- Generate all shippers for BES orders and deliver them to warehouse/packaging for processing.
- Generate all invoices for BES orders and process as required.
- Print Work Center Reports for each Production Lead and distribute them.
- Assist in monitoring Hot Items for specific jobs as required.
- Review Job Variance reports to correct discrepancies.
- Communicate BES schedule issues to Customer Service.
- Perform other duties as required, including creating pivot tables.
Essential Skills
- Experience with M2M (Made 2 Manage software).
- Ability to invoice BES assemblies through M2M.
- Capability to review finished Job Orders for accuracy before closing.
- Occasionally create Excel spreadsheets for data gathering.
- Communicate issues on BES orders with Customer Service.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
- General knowledge of M2M software.
- Must be a team player, alert, motivated, and an effective communicator.
- Strong reading and writing skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proven customer service skills to facilitate direct interfacing with other departments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to stand, sit for long periods, use hands to handle objects, grasp tools, or operate controls.
- Capability to climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to talk, hear, and smell.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
The employee will be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. Additionally, the role requires working in the production and test areas where the noise level is usually moderate.

This is a Contract position based out of Manor, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
