Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Centered Mind Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments with couples and families to identify therapeutic needs.

• Providing individual therapy sessions in addition to couple therapy—ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and client goals.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies to address issues such as family dynamics, communication difficulties, and transitions related to separation and divorce.

• Regularly documenting client progress and adapting treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate a comprehensive approach to care and to ensure continuity of treatment.

• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client base, encompassing a variety of challenges faced by individuals and families. Common issues include:

• Assistance with blended families and parenting dynamics post-remarriage.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for our LMFT position will possess the following qualifications:
