- This role requires a leader who can manage stringent service level agreements (SLAs), partner with the client to problem-solve and innovate, support and understand the team processes and dynamics, and engage with the larger Medi-Cal leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of six years of customer service experience and two years of leadership experience.
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
- Experience working with customer relationship management tools, computer software, and telephone technology.
