We make great efforts to be leaders in the skilled nursing community.As Regional Business Office Manager, your main task is to assist various facilities within their assigned geographic location in billing Medicare, Medi-Cal, Managed Care insurance, private, and other payer types.We are looking for a professional candidate who has a desire to learn and grow with the company. Travel is required to all facilities in the assigned area. This is not a remote or work from home position.Responsibilities:Will be responsible for billing, follow up, and appealing various claims to ensure payment is received.The candidate will also temporarily fill-in as a facility office manager during medical leave, etc.Must be willing to work at various facilities on a rotating basis as necessary.The candidate must be results-focused and detail-oriented.Must work well with residents and families as well as co-workers.Must be able to meet billing deadlines and follow a calendar to ensure that other deadlines are met.Education:High school diploma required.
