Event Marketing Manager

Description Cleveland Studios is hiring an energetic marketer to be our Marketing & Events Manager . This person will handle Cleveland Magazine and Cleveland Scene events, food weeks and audience marketing. Events include Best of Cleveland, Best of the East, Best of the West, Best of Lorain Co, Faces of Care and The Business Hall of Fame/Community Leaders of the Year. Food Weeks include Pierogi Week, Taco Week, Wing Week, Pizza Week, Burger Week and Fish Fry map. Audience campaigns are focused on growing subscribers to all media channels including print subscriptions, email subscriptions and social followers. Current campaigns include direct mail and social promotion. Responsibilities include managing magazine subscriber fulfillment company and utilizing HubSpot. We are looking for someone who is curious, creative and data-minded to help grow and engage our audience across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone interested in media, events, marketing, social media and understanding how content reaches and resonates with audiences. This person reports directly to the publisher and will work closely with our account management, digital agency, and editorial teams. This person will also manage long-standing contract event staff. Values, energy and organization are a must.
