Af.ter.word (noun) - in literature, an additional piece at the end of the work; usually describes how the story came to be and/or how it was developed.
GH boasts a talented, collaborative team of volunteers ready to help patients/families continue their story.
The services the "afterword" Team provide are always complimentary.Examples of how the team can help patients/families author MORE of their story include:
- Creating a special, lasting gift for family (e.g., a framed photo, artwork, etc.)
- Documenting memories in booklet form
- Digitizing some photos and creating an album for family
- Assisting family members in writing memorial tributes (i.e., obituary and eulogies)
- And more!
