Director of Operations – Food Manufacturing – Amazing growth Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year A bit about us The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of a dairy manufacturing facility. This role oversees all aspects of production, maintenance, engineering, quality, sanitation, warehousing, and continuous improvement to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality dairy products.
