Sales Representative
A Twinsburg, Ohio area manufacturing firm is seeking to hire an experienced dynamic results-driven professional Sales Representative for a high-growth opportunity. The ideal candidate must be capable of penetrating new markets, managing key accounts, and driving profitability through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new customers through cold calling, in-person visits, and presentations
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships within assigned territories to ensure maximum retention
- Sales Strategy: Develop annual business plans and sales strategies to meet or exceed quotas
- Consultative Selling: Create clear, effective written proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
- Market Analysis: Track sales trends and stay updated on competitive activities and market conditions
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records using ACT software and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Experience: 35 years of business-to-business sales experience (knowledge of non-ferrous metals preferred)
- Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software (ACT, Sage/MAS, or Constant Contact)
- Aptitude: Strong mathematical skills and a consultative, problem-solving mindset
- Availability: Must have a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel for client visits and trade shows
- Attributes: Impeccable business etiquette, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
