Job Description Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Lead proactive lead generation and appointment setting both inside and outside the branch. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Leverage knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households. Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue; translate client information into actionable sales strategy and tactics. Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners and maximize business results using tools and protocols. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI. Work across a broad range of ecosystem partners, including PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage. Identify the resource or team best equipped to meet client needs and introduce the client accordingly. Hold partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow‑up. Differentiates the client experience through advanced conversation skills; deliver client well‑being with tailored solutions. Solve client problems courteously and with urgency, escalating when necessary. Advocate for clients and prospects across product, support, operations and other departments within PNC. Work with branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities and create referrals. Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience. Engage in lobby activities to connect with clients and position PNC products. Educate clients on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures; demonstrate sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Proficiency in banking products and business acumen. Customer experience (CX) and client loyalty experience. Proactive sales competency and prospecting skills. Effective communication and relationship management. Ability to leverage technology and digital awareness. Managing multiple priorities and matrix management. Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills. Understanding of customer needs and solution selling. Knowledge of PNC policies, risk management, and compliance. Work Experience: Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree and Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
