Job Description Job Description Summary: Join our finance team as an Administrative Assistant to support banking, CD rollovers, mail handling, and day-to-day administrative tasks under the supervision of the VP of Finance. This role is ideal for someone with basic financial familiarity and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: Process incoming mail (bank statements, correspondence, client documents), date and distribute appropriately. Assist in opening bank accounts: collect documentation, liaise with banks, support account setup. Manage client CD rollover process: monitor maturities, prepare paperwork, coordinate with clients and banks, ensure accurate record updates. Maintain organized financial and client records. Provide administrative support: manage calendar, schedule meetings or calls, assist with correspondence and basic reporting. Perform general office duties — filing, scanning, document management, confidential record keeping. Support compliance and documentation tasks as needed. Requirements: Familiarity with banking/financial paperwork or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Integrity and discretion handling confidential information. Proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines reliably.
