Student Health Care Specialist

Vocational Nurse Position

Basic Function: Under the supervision of a credentialed school nurse, assists credentialed school nurses in providing physical care for students with severe health needs and/or severe disabilities and participates in maintaining student health records.

Requirements/Qualifications: Any combination equivalent to graduation from an accredited Vocational Nurses Training program with a current license and one year related experience. A current Vocational Nurse License; A current American Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR certificate, which includes infants, children and adults or an acceptable equivalent; A valid California driver's license.
