Part-Time and Full-Time Options
Pay: $50-75/HR+ Depending on Experience
- Manage a caseload of contested and uncontested family law matters
- Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, and trials
- Handle matters involving property division, child custody, and child support
- Manage client communications and provide guidance throughout the life of a matter
- Take ownership of case management and ensure matters continue moving forward
- Prepare for and participate in mediations and four-way conferences
- Draft pre-hearing and post-hearing memoranda and other legal documents
- Review and organize discovery and assist with case preparation
- Utilize Clio for case management, calendaring, client information, and file organization
- Collaborate with the firm's attorneys and support staff as needed
- 7–10+ years of family law experience
- Massachusetts Bar License in good standing
- Strong experience handling both contested and uncontested family law matters
- Comfortable appearing in court and handling mediations independently
- Strong legal writing and case preparation skills
- Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple active matters independently
- Experience with Clio or other legal case-management software preferred
