Certified Clinical Assistant-Float Pool

The Certified Clinical Assistant-Float Pool is responsible for covering 7 different departments within our facility. Assisting with medical office tasks, and utilizing medical terminology in the day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include patient care and medical record keeping skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office software, ability to work effectively in a medical team setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail and accuracy in clinical tasks. Qualifications include clinical/medical assistant certification, previous experience in a healthcare setting, and basic life support (BLS) certification. Education required is a high school diploma/GED.
