NOW HIRING: Machine Operator

4 Open Positions
Pay rate: $20.00/hr + Shift Differential
Location: Lyndhurst, NJ

We're hiring 4 Machine Operators to join our team. These positions are responsible for safely operating manufacturing and packaging equipment while maintaining high standards for production, quality, and safety.

OPEN POSITIONS

• D-shift = Thursday-Sunday/Friday-Sunday; from 6pm-6:30am
• 3rd shift = Monday-Friday; from 10pm-6:30am

Training: Candidates must be flexible to train on another shift for approximately 60–90 days , and training may take up to 3 months . Shift differentials will apply based on the shift worked.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate manual and semi-automatic manufacturing and packaging systems.
• Process materials used to manufacture sealants, adhesives, primers, and other products.
• Load specified solid and liquid materials into heating, cooling, and blending equipment.
• Monitor equipment, gauges, signals, and production processes and make adjustments as needed.
• Collect product samples for quality-control testing.
• Operate a forklift to package, palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform minor equipment and workstation maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school/electronics certification is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and understand documents in English.
• Ability to lift up to 74 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Ability to work the assigned shift and remain flexible during training.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Must have Machine operating experience
