Job Overview A law firm seeks a Capital Markets and Securities Associate with over three years of experience to join their Capital Markets Practice Group in Charlotte, NC. Duties Lead and execute corporate finance transactions, including public and private securities offerings. Requirements Experience in corporate and securities law at a major law firm. Strong understanding of the Securities Act, Exchange Act, and relevant stock exchange rules. Proficient in drafting, negotiating, and communication. Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Education JD from an accredited law school.
