Project Manager

Job Title

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a mix of remote and onsite days. It includes domestic travel approximately 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

The role involves leading weekly meetings with the project team to review cost and schedule risks and opportunities, and to identify action plans for mitigation. It also includes driving specific mitigation efforts for cost and schedule risks with respective functional owners, setting up ad-hoc meetings to solve complex issues, and escalating when leadership support is needed. Additionally, the role supports PM & CM with risk action plans and updates, and incorporates cost and schedule variance output into the PM's Daily Management reviews. The position also assists Cost & Schedule Core Team members in coordinating Commitment Meetings to discuss baseline, targets, forecasts, and risks with the Project Team and supporting functions.

Preferred Skills

Preferred skills include CAPM, PMP training, or other project management certification/coursework, and experience in the steam, nuclear, or gas power industry.
