Mac Helpdesk Technician - Tier I/II (Secret Clearance)

Digital Consultants LLC

Digital Consultants, LLC seeks a Helpdesk Technician to provide on-site Tier I–II support for Mac desktops and peripherals in a secure DoD environment. You will handle ticketing, troubleshooting, and device configuration to restore full operation while coordinating with network and security teams.

The role requires SECRET clearance, CompTIA Security+ certification, and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Excellent customer service and on-site availability are essential.
