State Farm Agent (Chicago 60618 – North-Center) is hiring a Part-Time, In-Office Team Member!

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated, coachable person who enjoys helping people, generating leads, and providing great customer service . Short commute to 60618 (North Side) is required!

Hours: Mon–Fri daytime (exact schedule TBD)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects to promote State Farm products
• Identify, qualify, and document leads (CRM/data entry)
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for licensed team members
• Answer general questions and provide basic insurance information
• Maintain/update a CRM and keep prospect/customer records organized
• Support customer retention and ongoing service needs
• Perform all other administrative tasks and customer retention duties as needed
• Stay up-to-date on State Farm products/services and follow all compliance guidelines
• Submit regular reports on calls, leads, and appointments

Qualifications:

• Insurance license preferred (must obtain required licenses ASAP if not licensed)
• Comfortable using CRM tools and entering data accurately
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Positive, organized, reliable, and coachable
• Fast learner with the ability to perform consistently during office hours

Pay / Benefits

• $17.00–$23.00 per hour 
• Base pay (DOE) + incentive pay based on production
• Training and development, with potential to grow into a future full-time role
• Help getting licensed

This is a position with a State Farm Insurance Agent (not State Farm Companies).
