Frontline Sales Manager Sliver Lake

Capital Vacations is a rapidly growing vacation ownership company seeking an experienced Frontline Sales Manager to join our leadership team. The role focuses on leading, coaching, and mentoring Frontline Sales Representatives while driving sales performance and guest satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead, coach and mentor a team of Frontline Sales Representatives to maximize performance Assist with closing and finalizing sales transactions Create energy, motivation, and accountability within the sales team Ensure sales presentations are delivered according to company standards Support representatives throughout the sales process Monitor production, VPG, and overall team performance Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining compliance standards Maintain knowledge of company initiatives, industry trends, and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Vacation ownership industry experience required Previous Frontline Sales leadership experience preferred Proven track record of sales performance and team development Strong closing, coaching, and leadership skills Ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and presentation skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of two years of Frontline Vacation Ownership Sales experience preferred Active Florida Real Estate License or ability to obtain one Ability to maintain production standards and performance expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr Capital Vacations
