We have an opening for a Crisis Hotline Specialist -a vital role in helping people during their most vulnerable moments. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or master's level candidates seeking hands-on experience in mental health and crisis intervention. What We Offer

- Answer incoming 988 Lifeline and Lenape Crisis Hotline calls
- Assess caller safety, treatment needs, and referral options
- Use crisis intervention skills to engage and support callers
- Coordinate warm hand-offs to crisis workers or emergency services
- Serve as a resource for hospitals and community providers
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
