Seeking an experienced customer-focused Rock Yard Sales Manager to oversee daily sales operations, manage inventory, lead the production team, and provide exceptional service to various types of customers. The ideal sales manager has strong leadership skills, experience in construction materials, experience in sales management, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Primary duties and responsibilities include,

• Manage daily operations of the rock yard sales department.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the production team to meet goals.
• Develop relationships with contractors and commercial customers.
• Prepare quotes and process orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and maintain attractive product displays.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in building materials or construction products.
• Strong knowledge of rock and aggregate materials preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, federal background check, and/or MVR check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
