**Core Qualifications**
- **7+ years** of SAP FICO functional experience.
- **Hands-on experience with Vistex SAP add-on** (implementation or support).
- Strong understanding of **financial accounting principles (US GAAP / IFRS)**.
- Deep integration experience across **SAP FI/CO, SD, and MM**.
- Experience with **SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA**, including Fiori.
- Strong knowledge of SAP financial postings, reconciliation logic, and month-end processes.
**Technical & Functional Skills**
- SAP configuration expertise in FI and CO modules.
- Vistex configuration for incentives, workflows, and postings.
- Experience with **IDOCs, interfaces, and SAP integration concepts**.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and produce high-quality functional design documents.
- Familiarity with testing tools, defect management, and change control processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
