GARAGE - Team Leader FT - M Street Georgetown

Role Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store’s success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful and long‑term relationships. You play a key role in day‑to‑day store operations, optimize inventory management, increase sales and customer satisfaction, and maintain brand and visual merchandising standards. You also manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the store’s success. Qualifications High school diploma

1. year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
2. years of retail experience is an asset
