Transition Manager

Leading the planning and execution of transition activities, the full-time Transition Manager will coordinate stakeholders and manage timelines to ensure the successful adoption of new capabilities, working remotely or from various locations in the U.S. Key responsibilities Manage transition planning and execution for conversion and interface workstreams, ensuring operational readiness and continuity Develop and oversee transition strategy, project plans, and risk management approaches while facilitating knowledge transfer Coordinate stakeholder engagement and track dependencies to support the effective implementation and sustainment of solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Eight (8) or more years of professional experience in transition planning and stakeholder coordination Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "Public Trust" clearance Experience with implementation-to-sustainment alignment and readiness management Familiarity with federal financial systems and change management practices
