Our care philosophy is guided by the following core principles:Dignity and RespectInformation SharingParticipationCollaborationThe Team Leader is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization's mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.Essential ResponsibilitiesThe Team Leader's primary responsibility is clinical supervision of all clinical staff, Rehab Aides, Rehab Clerks, clerical staff and assigned float personnel. The Team Leader acts as a liaison between the therapy department and other hospital staff. Team Leaders assist their supervisor with quality assurance monitoring, performance improvement, program development and implementation and fiscal management of the department. The Team Leader may act as the Director of Rehab in his/her absence.
