Manage the financial health of the store, including sales, inventory and cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction, and full Profit & Loss responsibility. Recruit, train, and retain a winning team using effective interview techniques and retention strategies. Create teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and meet business needs. Set the example for exceptional guest service, including appropriate resolution of guest complaints. Maintain building, equipment, and grounds in good condition. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus. Experience with and ability to drive results for a profit and loss center. Strong motivation and inspirational skills for teammates. Excellent communication skills with guests and all organizational levels. Willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards. Ability to perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
